Take a Chill Pill
A stress management course for parents.
Take your child’s advice and learn to manage your stress with a variety
of techniques including meditation, breathing exercises and lifestyle
adjustments.
Facilitator: Barbara King
Tuesdays 5.00 – 6.30 p.m.
Cost: $25 per session
Parent Education Programmes
Our facilitators have designed a number of Parent Education courses and
workshops to empower your parenting. Our programmes are highly
interactive and provide opportunities for you to hear the experiences of
other parents, learn something new and to practice new tactics for
empowered and conscious parenting.
